Conference events will take place at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA. Information on parking and the event location will be released in fall 2026. Here are a variety of campus maps to assist you.

Hotel Information

Discounted group rates are available at three hotels in Milledgeville. Use the information below to book your group rate for the GCHC Conference.

Holiday Inn Express (2600 N. Columbia St.): 5 king rooms and 20 double queen rooms for $110/night (excluding state and local taxes and the state of Georgia’s $5/night fee). Institutions with tax exempt forms may submit them at or prior to or at check-in. The reservation deadline is Feb. 5, 2027, and this is the booking link.

Fairfield Inn (2631 N. Columbia St.): 30 double queen rooms for $114/night (excluding state and local taxes and the state of Georgia’s $5/night fee). The reservation deadline is Feb. 12, 2027. To book a room, please call the front desk directly at 478-452-5202 (ext. 0) and speak with an agent.

Hampton Inn (2461 N. Columbia St.): 20 double queen rooms for $129/night (excluding state and local taxes and the state of Georgia’s $5/night fee). The reservation deadline is Feb. 5, 2027, and this is the booking link.
